Junior Technical Support with German and English
If you:
- Speak fluent German AND English
- Have advanced PC skills and strong will to develop in this area
-Analytical trouble shooting skills are welcomed
We could offer you a possibility to join our new project with HP.
You should deliver End-user support using all available knowledge tools and resources, call tracking tools and remote control software to achieve the defined service level objectives. You should diagnose issues, resolve Incidents and/or dispatch to the appropriate Resolution Group.
The duties include also answer phone contacts promptly and professionally, create a ticket for new calls, identify and resolve customers’ request, problem or incident
