Support Specialist for End-user Workplace Srvices

Ajilon Consulting started its operations in Bulgaria in December 2005. Currently we have more than 200 IT professionals on board, working accross different technologies as Windows, HPUX, Mainframe, AS/400, Storage etc.
Technical Skills
As support specialist for End-user Workplace Services for German OS customers you will be responsible :
- to provide technical support in the area of End-user Workplace Management
- For provisioning and distribution of applications using Microsoft SMS software deployment features
- to operate and ensure the availability of the required infrastructure to deliver a comprehensive Desktop Management service
- to ensure client security by operating a comprehensive patch management solution
-to provide required software and hardware and inventory information to the account management, trend reports on infrastructure usage and infrastructure health
- ensure enterprise directory services operation bases on Microsoft Active Directory for defined customers
You will have a tight link with the local delivery team and will work together to optimise the service operation in a continuous process. Through your dedication you will ensure service availability and customer satisfaction keeping defined service level agreement according to incident resolutions, change implementation and service availability.
The ideal candidate must have :
- Degree in Software Engineering or other IT related discipline
-Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic German language skills or willing to learn German language
-Experience in a similar position
-Analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good knowledge about Microsoft Operating Systems
- Experience in application installation and packing tools
