Responsibilities:
Performs the following activities in all branches in the region:
- Maintenance, administration and troubleshooting of the Windows 2000/XP/2003 network
- Email and collaboration software administration
- Anti-virus software administration
- Installation and troubleshooting of end-user software
- Installation of new computers – software, hardware, network connection etc.
- Hardware and software diagnostics and problem solving
- Users workstations maintenance
- End-users support
Requirements:
- Very good TCP/IP knowledge
- Very good knowledge of PC workstations
- Very good MS Windows family servers and workstations knowledge
- Good knowledge of Anti-virus software (NAV Corporate edition or similar)
- Good knowledge Computer and telephone structure cabling systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office, IE 6.0
- Very good communication skills and team working ability
- Linux or Free BSD knowledge will be an advantage
- Experience in hardware (PC and servers) maintenance will be an advantage
- Lotus Domino server and Notes Client knowledge will be an advantage
- Driving licence is a must
