Requirements:
Electrical engineer
At least 3 years of experience in the construction of high and low voltage network installations
At least 2 referent projects (relatively big)
Good knowledge of the el. construction process
Good knowledge of the electrical construction materials
Good knowledge of the Bulgarian legal requirements in the area
Good English or German
Result - oriented
Team-player
Good organization skills
Self – organized
Good analytical skills
Strict
To be able to work under pressure, flexible
Driving license
AutoCAD, MS Office, Internet

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Direct subordinate to Site Manager
Manages and coordinates the electrical construction works on site, checks the drawings
Checks the drawings in the electricity part of the project
Coordinates the work of the subcontractors and the EL Construction team
Takes part in the planning of the materials supply for the electrical works
Controls the quality and the on-time delivery of the materials
Controls and approves, signs the quality protocols, certificates of the materials
Approves, controls and signs the protocols, of the EL work done
Controls the quality and the on-time execution of the construction works
Controls and checks and submits for payment the invoices of the subcontractors for the executed works.
Prepares daily reports and sends them to the Site Manager
Communicates with the designers, supervisors for operative issues
Prepares and updates the time schedule
Checks the quantities of the performed works
