Our client is an European insurance company with a proven commitment within Bulgaria.
The company seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage all HR functions, including training & development, pay-roll and strategic planning.
The Human Resources Executive coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team.
The Successful Applicant
- Driven and ambitious HR professional who already has several years' worth of solid HR experience in financial services company;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong knowledge of employment law;
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment;
- Responsible and resourceful;
- Relevant University degree;
- Fluent English, written and spoken;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- A driving licence.
