Requirements
Technical University Degree – Construction Engineer
At least 5 years of experience in the construction business
At least 2 referent projects (relatively big)
Good knowledge of the construction process
Good knowledge of the construction materials
Good knowledge of the Bulgarian legal requirements in the area
Excellent English or German
Result - oriented
Team-player
Self – organized
Strict
To be able to work under pressure
Driving license
AutoCAD, MS Office, Internet

JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct subordinate to Operative Project Manager
Plans, manages and coordinates the construction works on site
Coordinates the work of the department/specialized site managers
Controls the quality and the on-time delivery of the materials
Prepares daily reports and sends them to the Operative Project Manager
Communicates with the designers, supervisors for operative issues
Prepares and updates the time schedule
