In Sofia we are operating with a team of over 90 young professionals in order to provide top-class solutions and services to our customers in Bulgaria and the international market. In view of the further expansion of our activities we are looking for:
Service Engineer - Technical Center (Ref. No. SEN_SET1601)
Responsibilities:
• Service ticket handling
• Hotline support via telephone and email
• Installation support onsite and via remote access
• Care of field trials and creation of quality protocols
• Create, test and release of service information
• Cooperation in system tests
• Training and workshops for customer and service staff
• Consulting and planning of Implementation
Requirements:
• Knowledge of communication technologies
• Knowledge of IP technology, CCNA or higher is an advantage
• Knowledge of operating systems (Microsoft, UNIX, LINUX)
• Very good analytical skills
• Fluent English is a must, German is an advantage
