Benteler Distribution Romania (BDR), a part of Benteler Group, with the sales representative office in Bulgaria, city of Stara Zagora, is looking for:
Back Office- Sales Assistant/ Ref. 001/08
Responsibilities:
• Receive rfq’s from clients and transmit them to BDR
• Transmitting the commercial offers to clients in Bulgaria and keep contact with them
• Receiving orders from customers and ensuring being in accordance with the signed contract before sending to BDR
• A good evidence of offers and received orders.
• Following payments and eventual claims in cooperation with BDR
• Developing and maintaining the relationship with the existing and new clients
• Keeping a continue and proper communication with BDR
• Administrative functions for office all activities and needs
• Business correspondence with the companies from the group
Qualification:
• University degree
• Very good knowledge of English language ( German is a plus)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office(SAP is a plus)
• Knowledge of primary accountability
• Responsibility and attention of details
• Very good abilities on professional communication
• Excellent organizational skills
