Provident - Bulgaria, a U.S. based company in its second year of operations in Bulgaria, is looking for well qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Mortgage Professional in their Sofia office. Provident Funding Associates, LP, the American Holding company of Provident - Bulgaria, was established in 1992. No prior experience in the Mortgage Business is necessary as Provident - Bulgaria provides initial and on-going training programs.
After training, Mortgage Professionals will review mortgage loan files from the United States to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will also validate information in our system, as well as the file, to make certain that the loan will pass both internal and industry standards. Employees will also be communicating with employees in the U.S. to address incomplete and potential problem loan files.
