Societe Generale Expressbank, a subsidiary of Société Générale Group - one of the leading Banks in the Euro zone, with 22 millions clients, more than 120 000 employees, is currently looking to employ "Real Estate Credits Relationship Manager" for its network in Stara Zagora.
Responsibilities:
Develops real estate credits in the branch;
Attracts new clients for real estate and follows up the whole credit process with these clients;
Animates and supports the account officers and head of offices for whole branch target achievement;
Maintains and establishes partnerships with real estate agencies;
Contributes to the commercial development of the bank.
Requirements:
University degree
Excellent commercial and communication skills and leadership
Dynamic person, team player
Good knowledge of the real estate market
Good level of English, French is an advantage
Computer literacy
