Coca-Cola HBC – IT Services is a central organization, based in Sofia and operating in 28 countries to deliver IT support services to its internal clients across the company. Due to the expanding business commitments, the company is recruiting for the following job opening:
Master Data Maintenance Specialist
In Data & Information Standards and Services Department
The Role:
• Maintain the Master Data into the SAP systems
• Work proactively to establish optimal service relationships with users, customers and clients
• Strive for high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve effective collaboration with the customers for successful delivery of the the services on the basis of company’s recommended practices and standards;
• Participate in projects for data migration
The person:
• Business or Technical University degree, recent university graduate
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent customer focus and ability to maintain customer relationships;
• Communication and problem solving skills;
• Structured and organized person
• Desire to acquire further knowledge and to understand the business impact of the job
• Experience to work with fixed deadlines
• Experience in analysis and information gathering
• Previous working experience will be an advantage
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
