CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS WITH FRENCH LANGUAGE URGENTLY NEEDS - PLOVDIV CITY!
Our client, a GLOBAL Leader in Delivery and Customer Service Area with nore than 50 000 employees is looking to recruit for their new subsidiary in SOFIA
Required Skills:
* At least one year’s experience in a call centre or customer service centre is desirable
* Fluent in 2 languages both written and verbal French and English
* Competency in use of customer service/CRM systems
* IP Product knowledge, proficiency in use of WWW
* Proficiency is using mail applications for correspondence
Main Responsibilities:
* Provides simple diagnostic technical support, e.g. uses basic tools, scripts, FAQ's and online help to resolve simple technical questions
* Handles complaints and exception processing to successful resolution
* Handles inbound inquiries only
* Handles detailed product inquiries
* Provides simple diagnostic technical support
* Assists in development of less experienced agents
* Works with team members to contribute to continuous improvement of contact centre and program.
